Rollex Civil is an Australian owned and operated civil construction company specialising in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) in the telecommunications, power, and water industries with a reputation for high quality, safe, and reliable delivery of projects within deadlines and under budget.

Established in 2006, Rollex Civil is owned and operated by Roland Collins. Roland commenced his experience in the construction industry excavating trenches and the installation of pit & pipe for electricity and pressure sewer. He has now progressed and specialises in HDD.

Rollex Civil has successfully worked on projects for various clients on the NBN project, electrical, and water industries. We have end to end capabilities to carry out all civil works required including installation of pits, trenching, breaking out of hard surfaces, etc. We have access to qualified contractors for projects where required to haul cable, splice, joint and test copper or fibre optic cables.

Rollex Civil has expertise in managing projects and a project team who are capable of providing quotations and regular, comprehensive reporting to satisfy all our respective client’s needs.
